Alison gained a Distinction level Diploma in Personal Performance Coaching from The Coaching Academy in the UK in 2011 and is a member of the ICF (International Coach Federation). Alison has a great sense of humour and is very warm and approachable, with a unique coaching style that is completely supportive while gently challenging and encouraging you to stretch out of your comfort zone and achieve what you are truly capable of. As well as having had a great deal of life experience and many inspiring mentors over the years, Alison has extensively studied personal development, alternative therapies and coaching practices as these are subjects that deeply interest her.
